I advice those one when you spar in your dojang without e-system, so you don't ruin the competitions protections, that cost double the price. I have those protections from 6 years, so I heavy advice them!

First injuries are to your ankle, they are heavy stressed from taekwonod actions, jumps and shocks, day by day you ruin them. I advice you to wear those supports in every training. (there are people that think your body will adapt and you will have weaklings ankle, this is true only if you wear them every day for more than 8h, so every seconds lol. There is no scientific evidence about body adaptation on barely 8h x week, so buy them!)
-if you train every day i advice you to take supplements, what I recommend are only magnesium (the most used element in our body for every sort of function, so it will have benefits in your mood and body energies) and creatinene (i advice this to use first than a training, this will help your body to stock more water and you will have less muscle fatigue during your fights).
