[ ■Recipe ]
Ingredients (for 21cm cake pan)

Crust
Butter 60g
Sugar 40g
Egg 1/2
Flour 120g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Filling
Sour cream 200g
Blueberries 200g
Egg 1/2
Sugar 20g

■How to Make the Crust
Mix the butter until it becomes creamy.
Add the sugar, then the egg, and mix well.
Sift together the dry ingredients and add them to the mixture, forming a dough.
Press the dough into the cake pan, spreading it evenly.

■How to Make the Filling
First, mix all the ingredients except for the blueberries.
Finally, add the blueberries.
Pour the filling into the crust and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

■Recommendation
Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight before eating!
