Candy Cane Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed candy canes (about 12 candy canes), save some for the garnish
8 oz cool whip
INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until combined and creamy. Fold in crushed candy canes and cool whip until incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. 
Garnish with some crushed Candy Canes.
Serve with cookies, pretzels and fresh fruit.
