You won't need heavy weights to feel this burn with this minimal-rest shoulder workout. Recommended equipment includes a pair of medium sized weights, a pair of lighter sized weights, and a yoga mat.
Workout: Complete each circuit 2x, and each exercise for 10 repetitions
