Getting up at 6 didn’t change my life because of discipline.
It changed it because it created space.
Space to breathe.
Space to move.
Space to think clearly.
Space to come back into my body instead of living in my head.
This video isn’t about motivation.
It isn’t about productivity.
And it isn’t about forcing routines.
It’s about what happens when your body leads before your mind.

For a long time, I was waking up early only for work I didn’t enjoy —
and on my days off, I wasn’t even getting up for myself.
So I changed one thing.
Not my whole life.
Just the start of the day.
Cold exposure.
Movement.
Breath.
Nature.
Simple routines done without pressure.
And something shifted.
Not motivation.
Presence.
When the body feels safe and regulated, the mind follows.
When you create rhythm instead of force, life starts responding again.
This video marks the beginning of Chapter 3 — Embodiment.
Not thinking about change.
Not analysing it.
Actually living it.
