Join us for another 48 hours of food, fun & adventure in Los Angeles — from Malibu’s coastal views to the Santa Monica Pier, with plenty of laughs and great meals along the way.

Day One – Malibu Adventures

After a relaxed breakfast at the Magic Castle Hotel Hollywood, we set off for Malibu, with a nostalgic detour past the original Brady Bunch house in Studio City.

Because the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) is still closed due to recent fires and mudslides, we take the scenic Malibu Canyon Road, discovering a beautiful new route through the hills.

Lunch is at the Malibu Seafood Market, where we enjoy super-fresh seafood and ocean views that are simply unbeatable. We also stop to witness some of the fire damage in Malibu Colony, choosing not to film out of respect for the residents.

Back in Hollywood, we head to Raffallo’s Italian Restaurant for what might be the best Italian meal we’ve had in the U.S. — hearty portions, warm hospitality, and authentic flavours that guarantee we’ll be back again soon.

Day Two – Santa Monica & Canter’s Deli

A sunny day takes us to the iconic Santa Monica Pier, where we enjoy the boardwalk atmosphere, spot the Route 66 end marker, and grab some early lunch happy hour cocktails at Seaside on the Pier with stunning ocean views.

Lunch is at the legendary Canter’s Deli on Fairfax, an LA institution serving up classic Matzo Ball soup, crispy Potato Latkes, and the famous Brisket Sandwich & pickles, of course — comfort food heaven!

We wind down the evening back at the Magic Castle Hotel, enjoying another balcony movie night under the stars, with in-house catering and a little Magic Castle charm.
