Most guys in the gym say they want to “build muscle” – but they train like powerlifters, not like bodybuilders. Strength and muscle SIZE are not the same thing, and if you care more about how you look than your total, you need to train differently.
In this video I break down, as a teen, how I switched from strength-focused training to hypertrophy-focused training – and how my physique finally started to blow up.
