Epic Surf Fishing at Gunnamatta! Hooked a Big One – But Nature Had Other Plans

Описание: After a long break, I returned to Gunnamatta Beach for some much-needed surf fishing. I arrived during low tide and had to wait it out for the high tide. After catching a few small salmon, I finally hooked into a massive one — but strong currents and piles of seaweed made fishing nearly impossible.

Even my heaviest sinker couldn’t hold bottom, and weeds kept dragging my line back to shore. With the ocean fighting back hard, I called it a day earlier than planned.

Back at home, I made the most of the fresh salmon with a delicious Turkish-style Bulgur Pilav for the family. Despite the tough conditions, it was a day well spent!
