Hi, I'm Lisa, and what makes me a leading expert in the field of Feminine Embodied Movement is my unique ability to combine over two decades of experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and movement science with a deep understanding of feminine energy and the power of holistic wellbeing.

With a lifelong commitment to helping women rediscover their vitality, I have created a movement practice that transcends traditional fitness. For 20 years, I worked with my prominent clients of New York City but now, I share the practice globally from the beaches of Costa Rica, guiding women to reconnect with their bodies and embrace the freedom and joy that comes from movement.

With a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, my background equips me with the knowledge to help others heal, grow, and thrive.

Moving to Costa Rica allowed me to fully embody the practice I love and teach, blending the wisdom of nature, the intuition of the body, and the passion of the soul into an experience that nurtures every part of who we are.
