Busy San Diego Traffic Signals Near Euclid Avenue Station (Euclid Ave & Market St)

Go to 1:37 and 4:27 to see the traffic signals respond to the railroad crossing signals activating behind me.

These traffic signals always have the weirdest malfunctions sometimes. You won't see any in this video but sometimes when the railroad crossing gates activate behind me, the traffic signals do their usual response by turning green to get traffic away from the train tracks, but then one time I saw that when the traffic signals went to red after that, all of the red lights suddenly turned off and the signals were blank with the exception of the pedestrian signals. That only happened until the crossing gates rose again. Another time I was here, after the gates rose, the traffic signals kept resetting their selves at least 5 or 6 times by turning off, then going from yellow to red and then repeating that a few more times. You might see a little bit of that in one of my videos below.

TRAFFIC LIGHTS INFO:
All 16 red lights and 16 green lights are LED
The yellow lights have 11 LED's and 5 incandescents
All 8 pedestrian signals are LED countdown
The traffic signals are owned by the city of San Diego
