1 cup Kabuli Chana (soaked overnight)
3 cups Water
2 Moti Elaichi (Black Cardamom), 1 Tej Patta (Bay Leaf), 1 Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
Salt to taste
For the Masala:
2-3 spoons Oil
4 Onions (long cut/Lachha style)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
Ginger & Garlic (Grated)
Green Chillies (Chopped)
Spices: 2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) for roasting, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Coriander powder
Special touch: Pissa hua Anardana (Pomegranate powder)
