Описание: In Motivational Interviewing, we are listening closely for any Change Talk we hear from clients- their arguments FOR change. Because ambivalence about change is quite normal, we often hear Change Talk embedded in lots and lots of Sustain Talk (argument for staying the same- sustaining what is). Today I read a children's story, Jon Klassen's "This Is Not My Hat" book, a fun example of a nugget of Change Talk buried in Sustain Talk. Can you catch it?
