Hi, I’m Damian at Liquid Kitty in West LA California and we’re gonna talk a little about a, Irish Coffee.

There’s a lot of a folklore about the Irish Coffee where they came from, the one I kinda adhere to is that it was developed through in LA in fairfax at Tom Bergin’s which is a little bar that’s been around for a 100 years in a fairfax the welshire and it even say in the sign “House of Irish Coffee”. Traditionally Irish Coffee will served in a glass Parfait mug, it’s kinda base and a stem, it’s curve around and has a handle on it, it’s an Irish Coffee cup that’ specific for coffee drinks.
