Описание: Sunday was a great day, with the race engine off being machined, the team at Streamline Automotive asked if we could push the limits of the stock Abarth 595 spare engine. Ash weaved his magic and was able to extract 220.2Kw at the wheels on their Mainline Dyno. The engine block, head and all engine internals are stock and are unopened, as delivered from abarth. We were running BP ultimate 98 RON fuel from the local BP service station. Virtually every bolt on component is modified however, with:

-Bosch Motorsport BR540 Fuel Pump with PWM control
-Bosch Motorsport 706cc injectors
-Bosch Motorsport MS 6.1 ECU with Active Torque Management, EGT management and Antilag
-Bosch Motorsport DDU9
-Bosch Motorsport Sensors inc Exhaust Back pressure, turbo speed, Oil and water pressure temp, fuel pressure temp, EGTs pre and post turbine, 4 channel wideband

-Bosch Motorsport Fuel Regulator

-Borg Warner EFR 6258
-Turbo Smart ALV40 Bypass Anti-Lag system

-Custom front mount intercooler and pipe work
-Full 3" Exhaust with Cat
-Custom Carbon Fibre Inlet Manifold with 54mm Bosch Motorpsport Throttle Body


We then proceeded to rigorously stress test the setup near continuously for several hours and i pleased to report it it drives exceptionally well. We feel that there is potentially more power to be extracted but given the limitations of the stock engine internals we have drawn the line here at what we believe is a safe level for our setup. The car is exceptionally quick and very responsive with the antilag system helping to keep the turbo on point.
