Extremely Easy & Moist ❗️Less Oil Less Sugar Yummy and Delicious Cream Cheese Banana Cake.
Ingredients:
Ripe bananas 3 (peeled 325 g)
Granulated Sugar 60 g / 4 tbsp
Vegetable oil 79 ml 1/3 cup
Whole egg 66 g (extra large
All purpose flour 250 g
Baking powder 4 g / 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda 2 g 1/4 tsp
Salt 1.5 g 1/4 tsp
Cream cheese 70 g / 1/2 cup
Icing sugar 30 g / 3 tbsp
All purpose flour 30 g / 3 tbsp
1 whole egg 64 g ( extra large)
Bake in preheated oven at 170℃/340℉ for 45-50 minutes
Loaf pan size: 25*11.5*7 cm
