45 MINUTE TOTAL BODY STRENGTH - Here is a fun workout that will target your total body! While we let the muscles rest, we will be doing a little cardio active rest, but this workout is mostly focused on strength training, so grab your dumbbells and let's move daily!

You will need: A variety of dumbbells, box or bench
Format: Rep range - 10-12 reps of everything
Warm up included
Workout:
12 pulse chest press
12 tricep press to shallow overhead extension
10 pushup salute
50-100 high knees
x3
12 bent over rows
12 palms up bicep curl
12 y's
12 jack, squat jack
x3
12 full range of motion front raise
12 upright row
10 iso hold front raise
12 split, split, squat
x3
12 step ups
12 3 point deadlifts
10 reverse lunges
30 in-n-out squat jumps
x3
