Chicken - 1 Kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 5 tbsp
Salt

Coriander seeds - 1.5 tbsp
Peppercorns - 1.5 tbsp
Cinnamon - 4 x 1 inch
Cardamom - 6
Star anise - 1
Mace - 1
Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1.5 tsp
Cloves - 12
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Shallots - 400 grams
Green Chilli - 3
Garlic - 10
Ginger - 1.5 inch
Coriander leaves- a handful
Mint leaves - a handful
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Jeerakasala rice /small grain rice - 3 cup
