**INGREDIENTS
Prawns - 1 Kg
Ghee - 4-5 tbsp

**To marinate
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar/Lime juice - 3 tbsp
Salt

** To prepare the masala
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Whole black peppercorns - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds(optional) - 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves - 5-6
Tamarind juice - 3-4 tbsp
