✅️Crust material
200 grams of three-zero flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
90 grams butter, room temperature
70 grams of powdered sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Heavy cream 25 grams
Top material:
70 grams white or brown sugar
40 grams of butter
Heavy cream 25 grams
100 grams of honey
Nescafe 1.5 teaspoon
130 grams of finely chopped walnuts
How to prepare:
Mix and sift the flour and baking powder.
Beat the butter and powdered sugar on high speed for 5 minutes.
Until it becomes light, fluffy, and clear, swirl the bowl between operations to ensure that all parts of the butter are mixed evenly.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat on high speed for 1 minute.
Add the cream and stir until combined. Finally, add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Spread the crust dough into the pan according to the film. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping ingredients. Mix brown sugar, butter, cream, and honey over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves and the ingredients become smooth. Let the ingredients boil for 3 minutes, then add the Negini walnuts and dissolved Nescafe and mix. Let the ingredients boil for another 2 minutes. Remove the baked crust from the oven. Immediately spread the hot topping ingredients over the baked crust, then place back in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Then remove from the oven and wait for it to cool completely.
Then, remove the pastry from the mold all the way around with a knife and cut it into desired sizes.
Shelf life: 3 weeks, sealed in the refrigerator.
