INGREDIENTS (1 serving):
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup high-protein Greek yogurt (125g, 13g protein per 100g)
– 1 teaspoon maple syrup
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/3 cup all-purpose or gluten-free flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
