This 13-minute yoga session is for those days when you feel low on energy and getting out of bed feels like a big step. 🤍
We begin with gentle stretches and movements to slowly wake up the spine and the whole body.
During the practice we also add some light core strengthening and a gentle heart-opening pose – Sphinx (Salamba Bhujangasana).
You’ll also mobilize:
-shoulders
-elbows
-wrists
-neck
This helps stimulate circulation and bring a little more energy into the body without pushing too hard.
✨ At the end of the practice, there is a short mindfulness exercise to help you arrive in the day with more awareness and calm.
If you’re short on time, you can simply end the practice after about 10 minutes.
This session is perfect if you:
-feel tired or low on energy
-want a gentle morning routine
-need a little self-care moment
-want to practice yoga directly in bed
