Описание: Clear thinking isn’t about forcing positive thoughts or ignoring reality. It’s about learning how to relate to your thoughts with accuracy, kindness, and perspective. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers practical tools to slow down reactive thinking, challenge distorted assumptions, and shift from self-blame to self-understanding.

By writing thoughts down, noticing language, and separating what’s temporary from what feels permanent, it becomes possible to regain a sense of control—especially during moments of conflict, guilt, or emotional overwhelm. Developing an “inner cheerleader” doesn’t mean avoiding responsibility; it means responding to yourself with the same compassion you would offer someone you love.

When self-talk changes, clarity follows—and so does resilience.

Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat is a Registered Psychologist, public speaker, meditation and yoga teacher. He is the founder of the Centre For Mindfulness Canada (CFMC), in North Vancouver, which is a Global Mindfulness Collaborative (GMC) formed in partnership with the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Kasim is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher through the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Medical School and MBSR Teacher Trainer.
