I couldn't believe it!
After only 3 questions, the defense lawyer started yelling at me.
Screaming at me is a better description.
This all started after she yelled out "OBJECTION!"

I began explaining why she was wrong.
I started to explain why I was permitted to ask this question, but she continued to yell at me.
That wasn't appropriate.

It's ok to say "Objection" and state your reason.
It's not Ok to start yelling and screaming at me because I asked a question she didn't like and didn't want her client to answer.

This was a pretrial question and answer session of a physician that was taking place on a zoom video call. It was my opportunity to question the doctor whom my client sued. To learn what she did and why. To learn what the standard of care was.
