Macros determine how you look while losing that weight.
Protein, carbs, and fats shape your body composition, protect your muscle, and prevent you from becoming “skinny fat.” Tracking macros gives you structure, balance, and the ability to look strong, lean, and defined, but you still have to keep your calories in a deficit. When you pair both together, that is when your body truly changes.
