HIIII EVERYONE & WELCOME BACK!! Today Laura and I are bringing you a QUICK & sweaty real time follow along cardio circuit. As usual, this workout requires NO EQUIPMENT and you can do it anywhere (well maybe not in the apartment - if you have downstairs neighbours LOL). This workout will only take you about 20 minutes but should get your heart rate WAY up and leave you sweating like crazy (at least it did for us). THE CIRCUIT:
💧25 seconds ON / 10 seconds REST
💧3 Rounds total
💧45 seconds of extra rest after each round
