How to Cook England’s Famous Shepherd’s Pie | Learn Ranveer Brar’s Recipe

Quick recap of the recipe:
Add 1 tablespoon oil in pan
Boil 2 chopped potatoes
Add 4-5 crushed garlic to the frying pan
Add ½ cup chopped onions
Add 1 chopped carrot
Add 500-gram minced lamb
Add 1 tablespoon tomato puree
Add 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
Add ¼ cup stock
Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Add ¼ cup peas
Add salt for taste
Add 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Mash the potatoes
Add 1 egg yolk to the mash and mix
Add salt
Add 1 tablespoon butter
Add ¼ cup fresh cream
Put the mash in a piping bag
Chop 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and add it to the lamb
Put the lamb in a bowl
Pipe the potato over the lamb
Bake the pie in the oven
Garnish it thyme and Papadum
Serve and dig in
