Welcome to Yin Yoga Let Go, a gentle 25-minute Yin Yoga class designed to help you release tension, slow down, and let go of anything you no longer want to carry with you. This calming practice is ideal for beginners, promoting deep relaxation, or whenever you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or need to find your centre.
As we move through five long-held yin yoga poses, you’ll be guided to soften your body, calm your nervous system, and connect to your breath. This class focuses on the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia, allowing space for both physical and emotional release.
✨ What to expect in this class:
Gentle yin yoga with slow, mindful transitions
Focus on letting go of stress, habits, emotions, or tension
Sphinx & spinal opening variations
Caterpillar (seated forward fold)
Supported fish pose
Supported bridge
Waerfall / legs up for circulation and relaxation
Restful Savasana

No props required. Optional blocks, firm pillows, or folded blankets can be used for extra comfort.
