This Halloween, why don't you have a go at making these delicious pumpkin tarts. Some of the Blue Peter Fans join Blue Peter's Lindsey Russell on a slightly chaotic run through of how to make pumpkin tarts for Halloween. This pumpkin recipe is definitely one to make for your friends.
Ingredients:
350g chopped pumpkin
50g light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 and a 1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp icing
1 egg
15g melted butter
75ml milk
Pre-rolled shortcrust pastry
Decorations - could include sprinkles, marshmallows etc.
