Hello everyone!
Today I have an ab burner for you! this one is INTENSE and oh my goodness this left me so sore...
we begin with a challenging plank series where we work on total core toning, working the abs and obliques, we then move onto a side bend series where we work on toning the obliques to slim and tone the waistline, and we finish with s supine series where we work on building muscle in the lower abs and deep core muscles!
