No Jumping, Low Impact TABATA Home Workout!!! 20 minutes of pure fun. You need nothing but your mat for this one and a willingness to work. This one is beginner-friendly (maybe beginner-intermediate), knee-friendly, and still a great pump. So let’s get it!
You'll have @TabataSongs for the Tabata sets, and no music for the cool down, so you can use your own.
