This class was filmed in 2019 when I was chronically sick with multiple chronic diagnoses and 200+ symptoms. In this video I am nurturing chronic migraines, all over pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog and jaw pain. I no longer have any of these through deep inner healing & radical life overhaul.
Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath) is a wonderfully soothing practice that helps tension to drain out of both mind and body. I'll show you several variations in how to set up the practice, and then we'll do it together. Don't be shy, this practice also helps tap into our Throat Chakra, our right to self-expression and voicing our desires. So let your beautiful voice HUM!
Feel free to practice sitting on a chair, in bed or any other comfortable seated position.
