Mooli Ki Jholi, the term jholi for kadhi, Jholi is a famous dish in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Jholi is prepared by curd or buttermilk. To prepare this dish the wheat flour or gram flour paste along with water is mixed to the buttermilk. Then cook it over a slow fire and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
