白糖30克(2大勺)
雞蛋30克(2大勺)(常溫)
奶粉85克(11大勺+1小勺)
斑斕葉粉6克(3小勺)
(或抹茶粉4克)
擀開尺寸:
16*30釐米
從1/3處縱向切開,7條

6g (3 tsp) pandan leaf powder
(or 4g matcha powder)
Roll out to size:
16*30cm
Cut lengthwise at 1/3 of the way down, making 7 strips
Brush egg wash on bread
Preheat oven for 15 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
