酸酸甜甜的番茄汤很适合一家大小一起享用哦!小编一个人在外煮也很常煮这道开胃汤,一个人的分量就自己agak-agak调吧 呵呵。
食材(5-6人份)
番茄 – 3粒 (大约500克)
金针菇 – 1包
素火腿 – 100克
云耳 – 50克
芫茜 – 20克
水豆腐 – 2盒
鸡蛋 – 2颗
开水 – 2升
薯粉水 – 50毫升 (1茶匙太白粉)
素蚝油 – 2汤匙
盐 – 1½ 茶匙
胡椒粉 – 少许
麻油 – 适量
黑醋 – 适量
Ingredients (5-6 pax)
Tomato – 3 pieces (about 500 g)
Enoki Mushroom – 1 packet
Vegetarian Ham – 100 g
Black Fungus – 50 g
Coriander – 20 g
Tofu – 2 packets
Egg - 2
Drinking-Water – 2 liters
Starch water – 50 ml (1 teaspoon of potato flour)
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 ½ teaspoon
Pepper – Agak-agak
Sesame oil – Agak-agak
Black Vinegar – Agak-agak
*番茄直接放入滚水煮个10-15分钟,番茄煮熟了皮就会自然脱掉,是非常方便的去皮方法哦!Cook the tomatoes in boiling water for 10-15minutes. The tomato skin will naturally fall off when it is cooked.
*做蛋花的时候一定要等到汤滚到起泡后,慢慢以画圈的方式倒入。等到蛋有少许凝固了再搅拌。千万不能一面倒入鸡蛋一面搅拌。Pour in the egg only when the soup is boiled. This step must be done very gently and only stir it when the egg becomes half solid.
*不吃蛋的朋友可以用腐竹来代替哦!For vegans, you can replace the egg with Fuchok.
