• Oil for frying – 500 ml | 2 cups

HOW TO MAKE COTTAGE CHEESE DOUGHNUT BALLS

1. Add cottage cheese to a bowl and mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

2. Crack in the eggs and mix until smooth.

3. Sift in the flour and knead until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.

4. Lightly flour the surface, roll the dough into strips, and cut into equal pieces.

5. Roll each piece into small balls using your palms.

6. Heat oil over medium heat and fry the doughnut balls until evenly golden, turning them while frying.
