In this 40 minute workout, we cover the full body utilizing strength, plyometrics, flexibility, stamina and core. We perform weighted and body weight exercises.
For this workout, I use 1 set of 25 lb dumbbells. Choose your weight according to your needs. I also utilize a set of pushup bars. These are not required. I just demo the product that I was sent to try out. You can find them here: https://aracky.com/collections/pacearth

Moves are 2 mins, 1 min, 1 min, 1 min, 1 min, 1 min, 1 min, 2 mins.
Then a 3 move ab / core bonus at the end.
