This gentle yoga class is specially designed for those who struggle with getting on and off the floor and need a safe, accessible way to move their body with kindness. Whether you're living with polymyalgia, fibromyalgia, Crohn’s disease, or simply managing chronic pain, stiffness, or fatigue—this class is for you.
We’ll be using a chair and a wall as supportive props, and every movement is done either seated or standing—no floorwork at all. Each stretch is short and sweet—perfect for days when holding poses feels too much.
This session is: Beginner friendly
Low-impact & joint-safe
Floor-free (no getting up/down)
Designed with chronic pain & limited stamina in mind
