Easy stretch to fix a tight groin

Equipment needed: Cushion or Pillow for your knee
Start off with 2x 3 rounds per side of:
• 20 second rocks, forwards & backwards
• Squeeze legs in
• Relax & increase range
If your groin is tight, it’s safe to do this daily, just listen to your body and check how you are feeling the next day - as long as you’re not feeling sore you’re good to go!
Or you’ll still get benefits from stretching 2-3 times per week!
If you’re not seeing any progress after a few weeks, bear in mind that weakness is also a factor with groin tightness, so if you want to test things further, check out this video:
