This short stretch class targets the major muscle groups of the hips and legs to help you feel a little more open and mobile! You can find a 15 minute full and upper class on my channel too in the "Stretch" playlist.
This class is suitable for all levels but if you have any injuries or illnesses always check with your GP first before taking part.
