Build strength and definition with this slow, controlled lower body workout, perfect for Day 17 of your menstrual cycle. In the early Luteal Phase, when hormones rapidly drop following ovulation, the female body body benefits from a more measured, form-focused approach.
Expect 2x circuits of 4 supersetted exercises, x 3 rounds (and a quick finisher). This encorporates plenty of rest to maximise strength without burnout, as the Luteal Phase is when hormone shifts can make recovery slower. By focusing on simple, slow, strong supersets, you’ll sculpt your glutes, legs, and core while staying aligned with your energy and hormones.
