Heart of Courage is a guided heart-coherence practice designed to train bravery as a nervous-system skill—not just a mood. You’ll follow a simple on-screen timer with 10-second breathing cycles to build a steadier internal state to embody courage, confidence, bravery and passion.
This is courage work, so the breathing can be more energizing. Match the intensity to what makes sense for your body: some moments may feel naturally stronger, others softer. The goal is not “perfect calm”—it’s steady, coherent power.

How to practice (during the video):

With daily practice over time (aim for at least 2 months), courage becomes more “default.” You hesitate less, avoid less, and can take action sooner even with discomfort—then recover faster after pressure.
