Recepi: Ingredients
1) Plain flour - 380 gram (sieve)
2) Butter - 250 gram
3) Icing sugar - 2 tablespoons (sieve)
4) Milk powder - 2 tablespoons (sieve)
5) Custard powder or corn flour - 2 tablespoons (sieve)
Methods:
1) Mix butter & icing sugar just until combine. Use wooden spatula.
2) Combine together; plain flour, custard powder/ corn flour & milk powder. Sieve and then pour it in the batter (butter+icing sugar).
3) Mix all ingredients well until it form a soft dough and stick on your hand or the bowl.
4) Usually I will make a shape of a ball, smaller than a size of a ping pong ball.* I never roll it with a rolling pin*. Dip the base of the ball dough with a little bit of a flour & then press it slightly down (up to you how thick you want it to be). Use your choice of tart cutter. Press it on the dough to form a shape. I never dip the tart cutter with flour because it intend to stick. The dough will stick onto the tart cutter. Maybe you want to try it to dip it with or without flour.
5) Repeat the process until the dough is done.
6) Oven heat: 175 degree celsius.
7) First bake without nutella: 20 minutes
8) After first bake of 20 minutes pipe the nutella and bake it again another 20 minutes.
9) Let the tart completely cool down and now you can store it in the air tight container.
