A 5-YEAR-OLD born with a rare skin condition isn’t letting the disorder stop her from being a fun, playful and outgoing little girl. Harper Foy, from Seattle, Washington State, was born with a rare condition called Harlequin Ichthyosis that leaves her with thick scaly skin across her entire body. Despite her rare and incurable condition, Harper is living life her life to the fullest. She loves to sing, dance and play football with her older brother, and last year she signed a contract with TCM models which her mum hopes will help in redefining traditional beauty standards.
