Here is my favorite stuffed calamari recipe from the Eolie islands (Sicily)!
Ingredients for 3/4 people (depending on how hungry you are 😂):
2 calamari (800g)
2 cups (100g) bread
1/3 cup (15g) parsley
1/4 cup (35g) salt cured capers
1/3 cup (40g) black olives
4 dried tomatoes in oil
1 egg
1/2 cup (100ml) white wine
2 garlic cloves
Salt
Olive oil
