Описание: This calming 10 minute deep stretch yoga for flexibility session focuses on deep hip opening. We begin in Butterfly pose, allowing time to settle into a gentle hip stretch. The practice then moves into Half Pigeon, a powerful hip opener held for an extended period to release deep-seated tension. We transition to Half Butterfly on each side, targeting the hips and inner thighs from a different angle. A brief Sphinx pose provides a gentle backbend to counterbalance the forward folds, before concluding in a restful Child's pose.

This Yin-inspired practice emphasizes longer holds to promote flexibility and release in the connective tissues around the hips and lower body.
