This 30-minute version provides guidance and larger windows of silence to allow you to sit with the experience longer. While the 10 and 20-minute versions offer less periods of silence between prompts to allow you shorter and more concise practice. The guidance is identical for all versions, with extended silence added to the longer durations.
Video pictures are taken at the same location as the ambience is recorded.
