In today’s episode of RV Eats With Jeni, she shows a quick easy recipe for gluten free Chaffles that can be made cheaply and easily in your RV or motorhome!
Recipe
Ingredients
2 - Eggs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayo (NO MIRACLE WHIP)
1/4 cup +2 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon water
Combine all ingredients til mixed well.
Use small waffle iron.
Recipe makes 7-9 Chaffles
