PLEASE READ:
I want you to pay close attention to your body and understand that their a various reasons why a person may not be able to go low, it maybe flexibility, strength, endurance or a combination of all three. Also, recall if you have had any sort of trauma, any fractures or butting the knee(s) anywhere. All these could be limiting factors. My best advice is to seek a physician's consult, have a physiotherapist assess your knee, hip, back and even ankle joints to see where you may be deficient.
Do not force yourself into any position especially if there is pain!
That being said, please enjoy this workout and if you are a beginner 1-2 times per week is suffice and advanced persons can do as many times as you are comfortable.
