Week 5 in the books 💪 Rep maxes, doubles & triples. Some lifts felt great, some had me dying lol. Learning to train with more aggression and not coast through. Survived it… mostly 😅

This week was all about testing rep maxes—triples and doubles—and seeing how the work has been stacking up so far. Some lifts were smooth, others were a battle… and there were definitely a few stupid misses thrown in too 😅
I’ve been working on bringing more aggression and intent into my training, rather than staying too relaxed. Mentally and physically, this week pushed me to dig in. I also upped my cardio this week (finally!), but didn’t film much—expect to see more of that in the Week 6 vlog 👀
