In this workout I break down:
• Underhand lat pulldowns (lat activation)
• Close-grip T-bar rows (back thickness)
• Single-arm cable rows (lower lat focus)
• Rope pullovers (lat stretch & squeeze)
• Machine rows finisher (detail & pump)
Focus on using your hands as hooks, controlling the stretch, and driving elbows to your hips to maximize lat engagement. Stay consistent and watch your back grow.
